Postpartum Check-In (30 minutes)
Within the first two weeks postpartum, we’ll connect again to support your healing, integration, and any emotional or physical concerns that arise. Remedies may be adjusted to reflect your current state.

  • Virtual session within first 14 days to support recovery and emotional integration

  • Customized remedies for recovery, bonding, milk supply, exhaustion, emotional support, or whichever is most needed during that time

  • Tips for caring for your newborn with homeopathy (colic, cradle cap, etc)
